Marketplace guide
A marketplace model built around real construction labor demand.
The strongest model is not a generic job board. It is a controlled marketplace where requester companies publish site-based demand, suppliers and eligible workers submit offers, and contact details open only after acceptance.
Requester company workflow
The requester registers, adds a project through Google Maps location, creates one request per labor type, defines quantity and dates, and can add optional notes such as PPE or safety expectations.
Supplier and worker offers
Suppliers can submit hourly price, available quantity, full or partial availability, and replacement promises. Multiple suppliers can cover one request when partial fulfillment is useful.
Location and contact privacy
Offer makers should see area-level location context before pricing, not exact site details. Exact contact and coordination details should unlock after acceptance.
