Marketplace responsibility
Requester and supplier companies remain responsible for the commercial agreement, compliance proof, safety obligations, replacements, and payment arrangements.
Recorded seriousness
Cancellations, no-shows, and reliability issues can be recorded as seriousness and trust signals for future marketplace decisions.
